After 12 years in wage-earning, Mireille Desana started a new life push by a need of freedom.
She found in 1991, a Small house near the pond of « Launes », in the Saintes-Marie-de-la-mer.
She becomes second-hand dealer, and finally open a little restaurant, her talents of cooker become unanimous. At the begin, Mireille just take some little pieces of wood when she's walking around...
And one day, after few years, she needed one table for a reception, a friend of us tell to her to built one with all the wood she accumulate in the garden.
